RAS Operator & Maintenance

Takib Farms & Agro Products Limited, is presently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: RAS / Water Quality Operator, Maintenance & Data Analytics
Location: Benin

Job Requirements/Responsibilities - Includes but not limited to:

• Implement approved RAS System routine Operational and Maintenance tasks, per company approved procedures.
• Planning and executing all RAS operational and maintenance activities in the facility, in such a manner that guarantees continuous production with minimized interruption.
• Collect, process and record effluents data and perform statistical analysis, and prepare /reports for management.
• Perform all other duties as may be assigned from time to time in the company and sister’s company, at management’s discretion.
• Involved in formulating logical and feasible solutions to identified issues.
• Identify growth opportunities for the company.
• Truthful, honest and committed to the company.
• Handle all company business in good faith.
• Steer clear of all potential conflicts of interest activities.

Qualifications
- Intermediate level computer literacy.
- OND/HND, bachelor’s degree with three (3) years of work experience, or SSCE/WAEC with ten (10) years of experience.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a very challenging and demanding work environment.
